April 21, 2019

NHL EXPERT PICKS - FULL ANALYSIS ATTACHED

BOSTON BRUINS MONEYLINE: 1 UNIT (+110)

Possession: Puck possession time has been dead-even through 5 games.

Scoring Chances: Nearly identical amount of scoring chances have been generated by both teams with a miniscule advantage for Toronto

The closest series of round 1 continues with Bruins-Leafs game 6 this afternoon. As we mentioned before our winning analysis on Toronto's game 5 win in Boston, we will be supporting the underdog until our series bet on Toronto comes into play in game 7. The Bruins and Leafs have alternated wins in every game this series and we will be taking the value and supporting Boston in what should be another nail-biter. The series data could not be closer. We have a dead even goal differential. Puck possession time is identical. Toronto has minimal 2-3% advantages in scoring chances generated. The better goaltender in every game has won and Rask (.916), Andersen (.920) have dueled each other with similar performances all series. There is not much more to say about this game 6. The Bruins-Leafs have a knack for having suspenseful 7 game series and they should be in store for another one with a bounce back win from Boston.

*Interesting Side Note: Sunday afternoon games are completely foreign to Toronto as they have the monopoly on Saturday night Hockey Night In Canada. This will be a foreign vibe to the players, and also the fans. We will be watching intently to see if the Leafs come out flat in the first period and if there is a duller vibe than usual in the arena.
